I cut and pasted his comments and the comments about  tallblonde's into a single word doc. It's about 2 1/2 pages.  Excluding TB's, Rocker stuff is about 1 1/2, in 12 pt.  If you get the 'clear' to post, I will.  Is there a 'charater limit' in comments?  Also, anticipating some skin issues with more riba, I did the same with many of your comments in J&F a couple of weeks ago.  Thanks for putting it out there.  After seeing you put in the effort so many times, I thought it was only right that I save it for posterity or practical use if the situation 'arises'.

FLGuy:  I too would like to get a copy of the diet.  Since it is looking rather grim right now that tx is going to work for me this time around, I'm looking for ways I might improve my chances for survival while recuperating or trying something else to try and eradicate this disease from my system.

I am going to repost it here, slightly modified to not mention anyone in particular os it can not be construed as a direct attack, so that some who did not get the chance to read in the other read can do so and perhaps reflect upon the point I was trying to make about tolorating the diversity we find within those of us who gather here under one commonality, to slay the dragon (Provided of course that this thread does not wind up getting cut too):

From my notes...The "Greens" mix in question is "Progressive Vege Greens Powder" by Progressive Nutritional Therapies. You can google it for more info. Unfortunatly it appears to be a Canadian company but I still plan on giving them a call or email. If you're diet is like mine -- and most Americans -- we just aren't getting enough greens. This might be something to try. The mix also appears to have added fiber and some other good stuff.

With close to 200 threads a week now, some individuals still can't help but seeking out those they know in advance they disagree with and calling them names. That's how the whole thing started as I saw it. What happened from there -- and whatever the Rock may have said or done for all this posts to be removed -- is another matter and not for me to comment on. GO said it very well in his post above.

No news here either, but should get some by the end of the week. Since starting 10/13 is now out, biz trip week of 10/23.  Thinking revised start is 10/27.  Need to push back a few appts that were based on 10/13 start.

Mr. BB:  Unfortunately from Rockers last thread it would appear that she will be gone for good this time to frequent another forum.  I think Jim summarized the extent of why very well when he pointed out how some appear to target others knowing some of their hot buttons and pushing them.

IMHO, I think the antagonizing person should be banned as an instigator as well.
