Got cut in a public bathroom. Any real risks?

First post! Hello! sorry for the ridiculous question, I hope I am in the right forum! I know I am a massive germaphobe but this stuff just gets to me and I don t want to unknowingly have a disease that I can pass on to someone else. I was in the restroom of a shop today, this restroom is normally for employees only but I am quite the regular at this shop so they made an exception for me. There was a kind of metal shelf in the restroom next to the sink and as I was finishing up washing my hands I backed into the jagged edge of this shelf and it punctured the back of my arm and started bleeding a little. I immediately wiped the area off with a paper towel and when I got home I washed off the area with soap and water. I know there is virtually zero risk of catching HIV/AIDS this way but what about something like hepatitis? Again just looking for some peace of mind. Would anyone recommend a doctors visit to be safe or am I just worrying way too much? Thank You!
