Great Article on Sicca Syndrome and Sjogren's / Often a sx of HCV .

Here is a good link to an article describing the multitude of sx and issues relating to Sicca and Sjogren's Syndromes.  As you will see at the bottom of the article, HCV is one of the many causes of these syndromes, and we need to be aware of what these symptoms are all about, and how they are diagnosed and treated.

A substantial subset of HCV infected persons, somewhere around 35%, display one of these syndromes.  Many doctors do not connect the dots.  Here is the article:

For some of those out there with unexplained issues, this article may provide some insights.
