Great articles on SVR

Excellent articles on statins dramatically increasing svr rates and 12 week end of treatment viral load test being a solid indicator of svr.  Take a look at both.

I hope you're feeling better and are going to achieve SVR this round. I will believe that you are. Peace and good luck, Mike

thanks... that's my point... it could just be in gist to his buddy "gionase" but new people don't know that... even calling his buddy a testicle should be taken off the forum... that's my take... and I'm sticking to it...
but dredging up old stuff out of the sewers mh history stinks ...even worse than what you and I just brought up about calling friends/enemies gonads... just my take... be well... (what wk are you in tx?... haven't seen you.)

Myown,,,,that would be nice if you also could get some local support!  I would have loved that while I was on tx,,,but didn't have any here in our town.  Yea I do feel we all are a little braver on the net,,,,and doubt very seriously if you were facing someone in their living room,,,they would call you a "gonad" LOL  I guess if so,,,the meeting would end quickly!   No disrespect to Kalio because I don't even know who or why she said that but you got to admit,,,,,,the thought is funny!

I have to just ignore these type of threads. I get tired of it. I was talking to this couple the last time I went to my hep doctor and they have a support group in their home. We hit it off and they asked me if I would like to swing by and check it out. I just might do that. This place is good sometimes, but its so much better when you can actually talk to others instead of type words.

Hope all is well these days with you.

See ya later.

I 'spose 'trolls' put me in poss the same category as name callers, and for that I apologize... but I've been here a couple of weeks and this is a wonderful place with a lot of knowledgeable/compassionate people, and it is truly a shame folks have to disrupt the forum with hatefulness.  please... move on... for the sake of new people... I have a thick skin... but if you read ... you will see one member wrote it took a long time to write and still she will not put a question in ... given the controversy... Please... this is such a wonderful site... if anyone holds a grudge...is there any ANY... way to take it off the forum.. This stuff makes people sick...geez... it's like you have to dodge to miss the mud... just my take..... be well all...

Nothing will intimidate me in leaving... but what I'm afraid of is new comers LEAVING because of this underlying hatefilled/meanspirited past difficulties WE DON'T WANT TO KNOW... WE DON'T WANT TO KNOW... if people want to be meanspirited and hold grudges .... DO IT OFF THE FORUM.  for goodness sake. !!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! I think this is the same guy that called one of his buddies a testicle or a gonad or something.. ... the ole buddies club... we don't need this shite.... please...
I am serious... please take the NAME CALLING OFF THE FORUM.... even if it is calling names among friends.... I think it is time members contact adm... that's just my take... this is getting to the point of being SICK.....
people are trying to fight hep c... would the trolls just go back under the bridge???  thanks...
GrandOak... beautifully said... I'm agnostic... but someone like you could almost persuade me there really is a God...
MyOwn... hang in there, I remember your post from a couple of days ago, you only have a couple to go... I sure hope you don't leave and stick around for some of us that are JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT THROUGH TX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You made my day/evening.  Your leaving was a bummer.  I have been away for about a month, just solving the life problems since my doctor-given HCV all began, so you may not remember the many comments you have made regarding my post-tx issues.  For all I know, still neg since 6 month TMA--going on 9 months now with only joint pain, facial rash and some insomnia remaining.  No response needed, just wanted you to know I have been a fan.  Al

Yes it's the same creep coming back. Incapable of showing any respect for MedHelp, instead he violates their BAN and changes his name slighty and weasels his way back making them have to waste time dealing with him.
What a child.

Why does there always have to be name calling? I don't get it.

Somehow I don't think vitriol posts with such barbs and insults will only make matters better rather than worse.

"The first and principal one of all commands is: Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God is one Lord;  And you shall love the Lord your God out of and with your whole heart and out of and with all your soul (your life) and out of and with all your mind (with your faculty of thought and your moral understanding) and out of and with all your strength. This is the first and principal commandment.  The second is like it and is this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these."

"Judge not [neither pronouncing judgment nor subjecting to censure], and you will not be judged; do not condemn and pronounce guilty, and you will not be condemned and pronounced guilty; acquit and forgive and release (give up resentment, let it drop), and you will be acquitted and forgiven and released."

"If you forgive the sins of anyone, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of anyone, they are retained."

As you said, we are a community and every success is a triumph and to be shared by all!

I am soooo glad you don't have AIH!  Jeez, we don't need more diseases to top off what we already are dealing with.

Take care of yourself also, and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Rev, I am SVR so far.  Will be taking my 1 year post treatment the end of July.  Most of the sx's have left me and I am able to continue remodeling (house, just love that stuff).  Yes, some of us ladies like to work with wood, etc - along with being activists.

I have been actively working with our neighborhoods to slow down traffic, etc.  Also, just finished a 5 year stint being the President of TCA - creek advocates.  We live on a creek (beautiful), and in the process of cleaning it up and planting native plants.  I also finished a year of being President of Toastmasters in our area.  Great experience!  I hope this is not too much information for you, but you asked :)

So how goes it with you?  Why would you end up with AIH?  That sounds odd to me.

BTW, thanks for asking about Cajunlady's and my progress, it is much appreciated.

Yep, thats the Revster.  I saw you post the other day and thought it was you then.  I believe you mentioned a set of twins on a post awhile back.  How are they and how is the family.

Have a Great Weekend.
