I've heard that somewhere around Labor Day 2011.  Go for it, and good luck.

My MD states that Telaprevir is going thru FDA studies now, and should be available by July 2011, my MD "thinks".  This is being given along with peginterferon and ribavirin.  FDA has accepted the NEW DRUG application.  This is supposed to double viral cure rates. So I'm told..

The two direct-acting antiviral drugs telaprevir and boceprevir should be available this year IF the FDA approves their use.
Telaprevir is scheduled to be first approved. A decision by the FDA should be available by May 23rd.
