HIV positive and elevated liver something from 50 to 100.... what's this mean?

I am HIV postitve(stable/non-dectable viral load)and around six months ago I switched from zerit/veracpet/videx to viread/videxdl?/vericept 625mg.....due to facial wasting my dermotolgist recommended I try to get off zerit.....so for the last six months to a year I have been off the first cocktail combo. Well my last blood test showed some changes: Elevated liver something? from 50-100, decreased testostrone levels and slightly elevated cholesterol. I am still nondetectable but the biggest concern of course for my odctor is the elevated liver enzymes or something I forget what he called it. I test negative for syphyllis and he is testing me for hepititus I assume all three A,B&C.  In the meantime, I have to wait 7-10 days for the results and I am going crazy with worry so I am trying to educate myself and my question to you if I test negative for hepititus could this increase in my liver enzyme any other changes I've mentioned be due to switching my cocktail combo. Please advise or let me know where I can go for some medical advice...thanks  greg
