HR- regarding intestinal infalmmation prebiotic/probiotic conditions

HR, could you please elaborate, since some of us missed the years ago stuff, on ways of reduction in prebiotic/probiotic conditions.
I've beens a juicer/whole grainer for 35 years, and a Zoner (Barry Sears) for 10+

but lately protains like eggs/cheese are just not acting the same, and it's become more of a connundrum to know what the verdict is on all this.
The old school thought was that meats were worse as far as bacterial promotion, but I'm not sure my body is concurring with that of late.

Of course, the current knowledge suggests the Zone is a must to avoid messing up blood sugars while on tx....so the dilemna becomes what's safe, to stay with small meats or return to my "Diet for a small Planet" days (boring).

Other than plenty of fiber and staying regular, what are your thought concerning protein types?
thanks in advance!  I promise to read each line : )))))))
