HR-PPC & Probotic ???

Was wondering if i took a PPC & probotic on a daily basis would it help while i wait for the new drugs to be approved? my recent BX was stage 1 and LFT's are usually around the high normal range. high viral load average of 6 million. treatment naive.  would this be benificial for someone like me? besides diet & exercise would you take anything else, vitamins, herbs, etc? thanks again for all the help.

PS, my lipids are out of range and primary wants me to start a statin which i do not want to do because of what i have read about damage it can do to liver. what is your opinion on statins with someone that has HCV and would you recommend someone take one?
presently i take a low dose of BP med for borderline high BP, multi vit without iron,milk thistle,CQ-10. i have tried many other things on and off for the last year, oxymatrine, samE,nac,gluthione,etc,etc. some made me feel better some made me feel worse. just wish i could find the right mix to keep liver damage to a minimum and make me feel better for a few years until the new meds.

copyman, what is PPC? I do a green mix every other day, the alternate days I do a lot of vitamins/supplements - it seems to definitely help with the fatigue and jet lag - sounds like we have taken a lot of similar things. I go to a raw foods group occasionally and am amazed at the recovery of some of the people that are ill(with other illnesses) - would like to implement more into my life but I'm just not there yet - I have pretty much cut out all meat and only eat fish - but I will eat turkey on the day!!!!!
