HR or anyone familiar with PPC

I just read that PhosChol™ is  "comprised of pure polyenylphosphatidylcholine" and the claim is that this brand is the only one that is 100% pure PPC.   Does anyone have any info or opinions about this brand (I think it's source natural)?  Is this form of PPC comparable or superior to the LEF Hepatopro?

Thank you

Have used both, both are excellent. Go with the better deal.

HR told us to keep the supply of PPC in the freezer taking out what you will use for several days and keep those in the refrigerator.  Don't take them in a frozen state though.  I don't remember why he said not to but I recall him saying not to.  The PPC can cause oxidative stress if it gets rancid and could be worse for you than not taking it at all.  You may remember all this yourself but HR emphasized this as important so I thought I'd bring it up anyway.  Could be especially important when buying in bulk.

I have had problems with PPC, and have received packages of capsules that were already 'greasy', and appeared rancid, by looking inside capsules under bright light.  They had floating particles inside, rather than clear liquid.  Each time I sent for the PPC (different brands by the way) it was the same story.  First time, I had been taking them, and was feeling nauseous, stomach rumbling, and bowel problems...then I noticed a thread regarding rancid PPC.  I checked my capsules...and there it was...greasy capsules with compromised contents.  The expiration dates were 2010, and 2011....

I will not try again.  I think the substance is either very unstable, or extremely difficult to keep in a 'fresh' state.  Who wants to pay lots of money to take non-prescription supplements that might be toxic!  I am done.
