Had terrific news from clinic.

Just wanted to let those who asked know that my 3 month post treatment blood draw still shows that the virus is not detected. I find that just delightful. :)

Thank you everyone! I appreciate all the sweet comments and can tell you that it feels like victory now. I can't tell you how wonderful I am feeling physically!! More energy (although my 14 month old grandson can still dance circles around my head) than I can remember in quite some time. I just feel great! Still have some brain fog, but I'm doing things to try and help that. Hair is coming back in, putting weight back on, skin looks better, no more itching, etc., etc. I believe it's safe to say that Boceprevir had a lot to do with my success. May all who are faced with the treatment for this disease be as victorious. One day very soon the new PI's will be part of the SOC and many more will achieve SVR the first time around. Good luck, best wishes, and many thanks to all who have encouraged and enlightened me along the way. I will keep in touch and post blood results in another 3 months.

I'm so glad to hear that things are going so well for you!

We've had a few that had been UND during tx and then relapsed a few weeks after finishing tx, so it is really great to hear how well everything is going for you. Especially the energy part. I have 8 weeks to go, and I am so looking forward to having energy again....
