Has anyone with genotype 1a and not a und at week 12 can be SVR at week 24

Since I'm not a RVR and with telaprevir so close, I'm thinking of stopping treatment. But I'm in week 15 what if I'm UNd at week 24, what are my chances of achieving SVR only doing 24 week instead of 48 or 72. Since telaprevir is so close but what is my percentage of achieving SVR with only 24 weeks. Genotype 1a sarted with 8 million viral load.

Cause I'm in week 15 do I keep going till week 24 if there is the slimest chance of achieving SVr even if its not probable.

Let me kow my percentage if anyone knows.

Thanks

If you're not UND by week 24 I don't think you'll reach SVR doing 48 or 72 weeks.  Assuming you are in your 15th week and not UND even if you become UND in subsequent weeks you will relapse if you stop treatment at wk 24.  Doctors stop treatment if not UND at week 24 and with what we know if you become UND before or at the 24 wk PCR extending treatment to 72 weeks does give a little better odds but not great odds.  Maybe around 30% by extending.
