Head is spinning and close to passout

Started on Sunday and has continued with today there is a light buzz noise in my head, my troat hurts, body aches, but its my head that worries me, I have moments where I think I am going to pass out. I have to grab something because I'm scared I'll fall.
I almost fired my helpers today, they have kept me afloat since on tx.  Only 3 weeks left of tx but I don,t see how I can continue if this gets worse. My ears are ringing and I didn't eat any tylenol today.

Sounds like you should call your doctor. It also sounds like what I feel like everyday on this tx. I get the spinners too and hurt all over, I have no idea how you can manage to work and take these drugs! I'd take some tylenol, drink lots of water, eat something and try to rest and take it easy. When was your last bloodwork? I wonder if your Hgb is tanking. Hopefully your doc can advise you. Maybe you need to have your ammonia levels checked? Im just guessing here. Can you call the office? Maybe the nurse can help or speak to the doctor.
Hang in there! 3 weeks to go you are almost there! I sure hope you feel better soon.

Kalio really covered it but I can relate to the ring noise and vertigo. It has disappeared in the last couple of weeks since completing treatments. I do know that If I were not eating enough (force feeding) that I would get very light headed. Stay safe and I hope it clears up immediately. Dale

I'm SO sorry you are feeling so bad. I do have to agree with Kalio, because I also feel that way every day. The past 2 days were worse due to an extra virus I had but I'm feeling better today. That doesn't mean I feel "good" tho. I have vertigo quite often. In fact it makes me sick if I walk across the room with my reading glasses on..dizzy & lightheaded. Today in work I tried cleaning some paint spots off the floor and nearly passed out just crouching down & standing up alot. You are not alone.
But I would definately call the doctor. I noticed you seemed a little disoriented the past couple of days. You should write down a little list of your symptoms & have it in front of your when you talk to your doctor. That way, Brain fog won't let you forget any of it. I wish you the best.

Thanks,  Everything is a little scary these days. Virtigo? I guess so. And maybe A virus, Someone at work was sick a few days ago.  Thanks for letting me complain it makes ma feel not alone.
LadyE  Boston redsox?  OH NO  I am a YANKEE fan and there are onlt two teams that { i will be polite, but it will be hard} I do not like, redsox and the mets, just saying the word met hurts worse then the tx. At least the redsox nation is real people, the met people are the result of all those high tension wires up in Queens and Nassau.
Did you know the redsox won the bid to talk with that japanese picture? they paid 51 million $ just to try and sign him in the next 30 days otherwise he goes back to Japan.  Their not going to sign him, they just bid by far the most to keep the YANKEES from signing him.  Did I make any sense ?

I really didn't want to say the redsox are talking to photos,But then again the way they are playing again it might not hurt.

ugh..you are going to hate this. I WAS a Yankee fan when I lived in Ct (most of my life) & then moved to Maine & you can't even WATCH a Yankee game unless they are playing the Sox!!
Alas, I had to let the Yanks go. It was a blast when I met my husband (Sox fan)..I kind of miss our NY/Boston bickering since I came over from "The Dark Side"
*hanging my head*  Sorry...my sons call me a traitor LOL
Hope you are feeling much better than you were before.

P.S. Trading Arroyo was their first mistake last year.

Why can't I quit tx at 21/24 Why?  I don't mean to act like a baby mostly after hearing someone needing to do tx a 4th time. My heart goes out.
Damn ringing in ears.  I know I have to call doc.  But why can't I quit now?

For 11 1/2 yrs I raised my son to be a YANKEE fan and he was, from birth, but then 3 months ago he got a girl friend and she likes th mets and redsox. When he told me he know longer likes the YANKEES I told him he has to sleep in the basement and if he gets hungry he has to eat the dead bugs off the floor

A slight ringing as I turn or reposition my head. A dizzyness that is felt but not experianced visualy.
After seeing the Doctor (to malke a long story short) I started mowing the lawn with a dust mask.
Not sure if it is you but if it sounds the same google it up.

AH I KNEW I Liked you - Boston WHO?  We can't even say the WORD here (my boss is a Rizzuto - like in the "Scooter"'s family.) One of the greatest parts of working for him is he gives me his box seats all of the time when he can't go.

Ahhhhhh :)

About the vertigo - it would be way to quick for the anemia to have hit but that is what it sure can feel like.  Hopefully, you just have the bug that is going around right now and it will be over soon.

Be careful on stairs and driving and stuff like that.  I remember when the anemia experience happened - I would just fall down in a dead faint all of a sudden if I moved to fast it was BAD.

If it gets worse call your doc. Make sure you are keeping up with liquids.

Your body is going through an AMAZING bit of torture right now...take it easy as you can and rest on the weekends - you EARN it during the week believe me. I would not have made it through this far if I didn't deem the weekends "rest time".  We have a good excuse and this full time working, single mom is taking ADVANTAGE of it while I actually CAN!!  :)

I suggest a box of your favorite cookies, some ice cream and the remote control. Saturday's now make me happy :)

Good luck/.

BOX SEATS TO THE YANKEES?  WILL YOU MARRY ME?

Yes, don't bend over either. This is a good time to learn how to squat. If I bend even my head I am afraid I will fall over.

As for teams. My son and I have a running feud over baseball teams the A's and the Giants. I take my grandkids to Giants games and buy them shirts, bats, hats, etc. My daughter in law snatches them and brings them to my house before they end up in the trash at her house. Poor kids don't know which songs to sing....LOL

I only had the dizziness once and it is when my hbg dropped.  And rather suddenly I might add.  It was blamed on the riba.  Even if your last labs did not indicate a drop in H&H, call your doctor and see if it needs to be checked.  Also that dizziness can scare you and cause further anxiety which causes more dizziness.  Sort of feeds itself.  Get checked out and try to finish your treatment.  Otherwise you will always be wondering if you did enough or did it right.  Who needs that?  Best to you.  Let us know

Bonds kind of ruined the Giants for awhile, But I think both teams are good.  You know, you go through years of training these kids and then something like a girl friend mess' everything up.  I'v pretty much taught my kids that the libral agenda, feeding the poor and helping the sick and disadvantaged, and taxing the rich, is what the world needs. But wouldn't it be something if one of them starts dating a republican. If as I know it would be over.
I went to bed last night with a little smile on my face and sleep thru the night waking this morning not feeling bad. Thank you.

Glad to hear you are feeling better today. That dizzy feeling is scary. My Hgb is 12, so I am not sure why it happens. I chalk it up to Tx sides. I was thinking blood pressue, mine tends to get pretty low.

I do feel better today, even though the ringing is is there and it even hurts a bit.  And I went for a walk in a park, only about 3/4 of a mile.  I could not look up or even see the trees on the sides of the trail. Had to slow down a couple of times because my head could not take to much in.
But I was able to go for a walk outside and I do feel better today, and its only because of people like you sharing and caring.  Thank you

what was it that they said when that glitch happened a few yrs ago? you know, when the bambino fell asleep at the wheel and let them win the WS?  that a new dynasty was starting,  hehehe. yeah, right. dynasty of loosers.

as for the other pains, it sounds like anemia to me.  I also had the lightheadeness and the ringing when my hgb dropped a few points.  Procrit was my lifesaver.
soon, very soon. see the finish line?

Move; You are sweet to say that. Made my day!  Wow, you're doing pretty good if you can walk 3/4 of a mile! I have trouble walking to the frig sometimes. That fresh air does wonders though, doesnt' it. I sit out on the deck and watch the woodpeckers and turkeys, but getting up too fast and bending my head down gets me dizzy sometimes, not all the time.

Cuteus; You know, I would have thought that it was anemia too, except I don't have it. At 12 Hgb, I don't have anemia, so do you have any other ideas why this happens? Thanks.

what was it before tx?  what was the highest and the lowest?  I saw some old bloodwork that showed my hgb at 15 at its highest and 13 at the lowest.  lightheadeness was my first symptom and then shortness of breath, followed by muscle weakness. My hgb during that time was 12., and then 10. It looks like the body adjusts somewhat, but not fully.  Since oxygen is dispensed to the brain first and there is no full dose with anemia, it has to suffer from some apoxia, even if mild.  If your hgb pre tx was 15, 12 is anemia for YOU.  The fact that the medical community calls it anemia at 10 or below, does not take from the fact that you can still experience symptoms.  Much like hcv, we do not need to have severe liver damage to feel its influence, some of us.
at 12 you can be relatively comfortable but still feel some symptoms.

ladym: some folks with severe liver damage can also become anemic, please see a dr soon for a consult.  no one here can give you a diagnosis of what can be wrong, we can only guess.

I am so sorry to hear you are feeling what I have been feeling and I have no answers. That was my first time to put anything on this forum and I apologize for putting a more-or-less question on your question. We are all in this together and you will be added to my prayers.  :)

Hi everyone! My first post here. I hope I can find some answers. I have been terribly dizzy the past 4 days . Ceiling spins when I am laying down, feel like I am drunk, haven't drank in many years. I found out I had hep c about 11 years ago and was on interferon shots for a year and a half. No response so they took me off. I had moderate cirrhosis and the nurse said 3-5 years. Talk about fear. I have lived in it for all these years. Anyway my side has been hurting and uncomfortable like there is something there?! I do not have insurance. The company I work for is too small to cover us. I don't know where I am at but feel nauseated all the time and very very dizzy. Can't go to the bathroom either - maybe once every two weeks. Can anyone help tell me where this may be now?
