Hep C

I've got a friend who had a hep c vaccination several years ago for the military. She claims she'll never have to worry about getting hep c now. Is that true? She's 23 now and she had the vaccination when she was 18. I'm not saying she's wrong. I'm just very curious. Thank you for your time! DereK

She's wrong. Probably got it confused with the Hep A or Hep B vaccine. Currently, no vaccine for Hep C.
