Hep C and anti-depressants

I was recently dx with HCV. I have been dealing with depression for years. What I need to know now is are there any antidepressants NOT approved for use in hepatic patients? I would hate to make one condition worse while trying to fix the other!

I've had hepatitis C for 35 to 40 years. It's never bothered me until they tried to fix it. Interferon. I have genotype 3 and my wbc went from 6000 to 2000 in 1 week, so the doctor discontinued it. Well, since then I've been in so much pain from the arthritis it causes, I can't even lift my arms up. I'd like to know if there is anything that will help the pain for the arthritis. I'd appreciate any input. Thank you
