Hep C and definitions

I'm wondering if I can get find out the meaning of some of these shortcuts: TX, UND, NP, SVR, and VR? I'm new to this and feel silly for not knowing.

Thank you for the key! Maybe it was VL rather than VR.

I have to say that I'm sorry I only found this forum last week after being in treatment since July (not responding). Sometimes I felt that I was alone. I joined up with the group "Be In Charge" sponsored by my meds. They were helpful nurses, but I don't think they were affected with Hep C. No personal experience. They were helpful when I called to find out any suggestions for falling hair... the nurse told me to sleep on a silk pillow case, don't brush or wash too often, and use a very gentle shampoo. It makes me crazy to have to wear hats and scarfs to work! I have a huge split down the center of my head without hair...very strange!! Oh well, I'm not only my hair. I'm much more than that.

Best.

I'll try and help:

TX = treatment or transplant
UND = undetected (virus can't be found in blood)
NP = nurse practitioner
SVR = sustained viral response (still undetected 6 months after treatment ends = cured)
VR = I haven't seen this. I'm guessing it is viral response
or do you mean VL = viral load?
