Hepatitis C is spread via an infected person's blood getting into another person's blood stream. Therefore, if you have a cut in your mouth or an open area in your mouth that blood could get into, and if your partner is bleeding, and if you get her blood into your mouth and then into the cut in your mouth, then you could potentially contract Hepatitis C.
It is safest to always use safe sex methods, condoms for intercourse and dental dams for oral sex.

HCV is a blood borne Disease. In other words, you would have to get her blood into your blood stream. It is not transmitted through body fluids.
