What if you have bleeding gums and you kiss your patrner. Can she get hep c? Not necessarilly constant bleeding but someimes. I have a tooth that needs extraction and sometinmes it bleeds when I suck out the saliva you know when you tend to brush and spit. I don't know that it bleeds when we are kissing but sometimes when I remove the bottom plate and rinse out my mouth , I see a little blood in the saliva ..
I have probably been infected for about 30 years and have been married for the last 25. At the risk of being crude, me and my wife has had unprotected sex in as many ways known to man (and some probably not known to man). She was tested 3 weeks ago Negative
very unlikely. The Body says there is NO evidence to confirm that kissing is a way to transfer Hcv.
Kiss till the cows come home. Chances are slim to nil. Continue to look both ways when you cross the street.

Under normal circumstances the answer is no. However haven't we all had those hot sex moments that we brushed hard for in advance? Gum roughing up and deep kissing I would think has some real potential, thanks we don't practise anymore (my wife is HCV negative).
