It's not treacherous if that's what you are thinking. All meds have sides. Ever taken antibiotics for upper respiratory infection? Remember how you felt on those? Tired, achy and crummy? But there is a prize of wellness that you are shooting for to win. That'll keep you going making any slight sides all worthwhile. Same with these miracle drugs. But no these can't kill you if that's what you are thinking. They are some high powered drugs but many of us thank God for them.  If your doc thinks you are strong enough to treat then there is little to worry about. You should function just fine on treatment with the new miracle drugs if you put your mind to it.

Don't stress. In my opinion treatment depends on how healthy you are before starting and what type of treatment you are on. I myself am geno type 3a and am on solvaldi 400mg and rib 1200mg daily. I own and operate my own business so I work a lot and stay very active. Drink lots of water. I am in 11th week of treatment with my treatment plan being 24 weeks. Eat healthy and rest when feeling tired. I was undetected at 4 weeks. Side effects are feeling tired in afternoon. I really can't complain for the reward I am reaching for. Just stay focused.
