Hep c exposure/risk??

Good evening, yesterday the neighbors fought in front of my house and there was blood coming from both guys fighting. One of the guys was leaning against my car door and left blood on the handle and window. I read online that to clean a blood spill from surfaces,it was recommended to use a 1 to 10 ratio from bleach and water to disinfect. It also read to leave the solution on for 20 minutes, than later wipe the excess bleach. I wiped the bleach while i had a pair of latex gloves on,i had to cuts on my forearms but the towel smacked against it while i was wiping. I had a small needle size prick yesterday morning when i was at the park on my left palm from a sharp grass,it wasn't deep it was a little under the surface. It did bleed but i cleaned it and put a bandaid on,it looks healed but you can see the blood that didn't make it to the surface. My concern is the puncture and any type of virus going in there since it's only a day old,the poke was similar to the size of a diabetic test strip poke. I know this sounds a bit over exaggerated but reading on line place much fear in to my thinking. The prick didn't make any contact direct contact with the blood,it only touched my forearm when i was washing my hands. Is there any possible infection risk, from washing my hands after the towel whipped my forearm while i was cleaning the door handle and window??Is HIV,Hep c similar to  gum, where it touches one surface and another it keeps sticking from one to another. From the car handle to the towel than to my forearm where I also had a 3 day old needle stick scab?

Hep c  requires blood to blood contact.  You would need to have an open wet weeping wound. A one day old world is not an open wound.

No risk

It is unlikely that you "caught" hep C. Even healthcare workers who have a needle stick from a hep C positive patient only have a 1.8% chance of contracting the disease.  If you continue to worry, ask your doctor for an antibody test.
