Are there any other causes of extreme fatigue not accounted for

I appreciate your question, but I’m afraid I am a little limited in how specific I can be. Fatigue is a common symptom and can reflect almost any significant disease. There would be a large number of potential causes for severe fatigue in an elderly man over 78.
