Hepatitis C - Liver biopsy

I did my liver biopsy and the report says "Two cores of liver tissue measuring 1.2x0.2 and 0.8x0.1cm. and section show adequate needle liver biopsy of normal lobular architecture. Most of the portal tracts are widened, fibrous and infiltrated by chronic inflammatory cellular infiltrate, however, there is no evidence of any piecemeal necrosis. The liver parenchyma show a mild degree of peri-portal micro and macrovesicular catty infiltration only. There in no evidence of any bridging fibrosis, cirrhosis or neoplasia."
In your opinion how serious is the case and what type of treatment should be done.

looks very good. i think you meant "fatty" not catty so you may have some mild fatty liver. looks like you have nothing to worry about :-)
