Hepatitis C transmission

Greets,

I have a question/ At my job a fellow employ is in the early stages (a year since diagnosis; she is 18) of a Hepatitis C infection. I have read some reports of the virus possibly being spread from kissing. Recently, the person in question took a sip from a bottled beverage of mine. Am I at risk of infection? This question may seem absurd, but I am very curious.

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Charlie

Hi there:

Hepatitis is a blood borne virus. If you click here you'll be taken to a website that specifically adresses your question.

I have HCV 1b and have had it for 33 years. My wife and I have been married(and have kiss as much as we can) for 29 years on Nov 23 2003, we have a girl 9 years old. They do not have HEP. So what you have heard is not the truth. I would suggest starting at www.pegasys.com. See you on the flip side The Can
