School/job/insurance screening for you two, perhaps?  :)
Your friend's results also appear to demonstrate both no exposure and no active infection of either hep, but it appears from the bloodwork that there has NOT been vaccination against hep b.

It appears from your blood results that you've been vaccinated against Hep B and are therefore immune.  It also seems that you have no apparent exposure or infection to hep b or c -- good news.  Congratulations.
