You should see a liver specialist and talk about options. You need to know exactly what stage of liver disease you have. Once that is determined, treatment could be a consideration if you do not have advancing cirrhosis. If treatment is not an option many people consider supplements and diet to slow the progression of liver disease down. It is controversial on this forum, but some swear by it. Nothing except successful treatment of the disease with current therapy of pegylated interferon and ribavirin can guarantee no further liver damage will occur.
