High ALT Panels

High ALT Panels

I am a 23 y/o male, in good health, take only one med regular (zonegran 200mg) for anxiety.  I started having a pain in my right side about a year ago and the doc ran a Heptic Panal.  They ALT was high, then he ran a hepatitis panal, they were negative, all other blood work (Ferritin, Iron, CBC) showed fine. We have monitored the ALT SGPT over the last year and the studies were:

Below are my ALT SGPT values:
1st time 12/2002:  49
2nd 2/2003:  72
3rd 6/2003:  49

I also tested as a carrier for the Heridetary Hemachromatosis in a DNA Screen howver, it was for the mutation that was very common in male caucasions,(1 in 8) and they state likely unaffected.  My question is, my internist has done nothing at this point other than monitoring.  SHould I be worried at these values?  I work for a lab and have been on top of all my other blood work and it is fine, other than this SGPT.  WHat is your advice?
