Did the Alk Phospahte can be treated and what the worse can happen , my level on my last test

That enzyme is rarely elevated in hep C patients. The most common reason for elevations of alkaline phosphatase is fatty liver. Cutting down on the fats you eat and keeping your weight down just may lower that level to normal. It isn't very elevated at all. What does your doc say about it?
