High GGT enzymes

I was wanting to find out what my high levels of GGT liver enzymes actually meant. I am hoping that you have had a similar thought and may pass on your experiences to me. All I now is that sometimes I have so little energy it is hard to get up and around.
My levels are 73 and <40 is normal
I do not drink alcohol or do drugs.
