High level SGPT & SGOT during 7 month of twin pregnency

by srabani2009, Oct 12, 2009 12:19PM
I am with twin pregnency and it is 30 th week running. Suddenly I have been advied by my doctor to perform Liver Function test (LFT) and it has been observed that my SGPT = 74 ( normal value upto 40) , SGOT = 63 ( normal value upto 40 ) ; Total Billirubin = 0.54 ( normal value upto 1 ).

Q1.. I need a guidnace whether this high side SGPT and SGOT can transfuse to my babies ?
Q2.  What is the level of risk and harm to me and my babies?
Q3.  What I should do to bring back to normal level by some medicine and/ or food ?

regards
SRABANI
