Holy Smokes...I'm SVR!!!!

I still can't wrap my head around the idea that my hepatologist just called me with the results from my final blood test and she said you are SVR!  I have so many emotions that I'm feeling right now, but mostly so very grateful and feeling extremely blessed.
A little background...Genotype 4, first time treated with Sovaldi and Olysio for 12 weeks.  Either none or mild cirrhosis which is shocking because I had the dragon for 34 years!  Diagnosed in 1996 and since that day have never had a drop of alcohol and I eat all organic.  I have posted here before that I do have a lot of trouble digesting food and seems to have gotten worse since I took these drugs.  But it's a small price to pay to get rid of this nasty virus.

I truly wish all of you SVR and to go on to lead healthy lives.  These are terrific drugs coming out and I believe Hep C will be a thing of the past very soon.  Bless you all!

Wonderful...just wonderful. I seem to have some digestion problems,also.But thanks to one of us who said he drinks pure unfiltered apple cider vinegar(Braggs is the best) with apple juice seems to help.So very happy for you and I feel like we all are not very far away from reaching SVR...soon...Enjoy...keep in touch.

Thank you all for all the heartfelt messages.  This community is such a great source of care and support, sort of like a big extended family.  The difference is that we all really understand and empathize for each other and what we're going through.  

You all really helped me get through this but a special thanks to Verdugo for your incredible advice and knowledge.  I do feel like you're my sista from another mother as we have so much in common.
