Hypersomnia

I am hypersomniac (12-14 hours sleep). Is this a side of hepatitis, or is it "depression" as my hep doc believes sending me to see a psychiatrist (I'm on 2 prozac each morning since
many-many years, and my hep doc tolds me that prozac could cause hpersomnia).
I am on maintenance therapy Viraferon PEG 40 micrograms.
Biological tests are OK, echography is OK.
BTW, Pegasys is not availaible (yet) in France, and consensus interferon is available but not prescribed being a second generation interferon, versus the third generation of pegylated ifns.
My doc believes that sides of Viarferon Peg and Pegasys are the same. I wonder reading this forum ...
