Sorry to hear you are feeling  ill. we are not doctors here. However reading your post I would suggest you get to a gastroenterologist for your stomach issues if you are feeling so ill.
I also suggest when this is resolved you have the gastro refer you to a hepatologist for your HEPC. ( However it seems you dont want to talk about your HEPC??)
Everyone on this forum has HepC and we are all trying to help ourselves.
You want an answer for which we cannot answer unless you seek help for  your stomach issues and your hepatitis. Hep C is not a death sentence and you can defintely help yourself if you seek help and go thru the proper channels.
Hoping you get to a gasto asap - feel better!
Good Luck

I undertand you have no health insurance. If you feel that bad you can always get to an emergency room for your stomach issues....

All you will have is a healtly hospital bill. Im sorry I cant be of more help....
There are options.

I don't know anyone who likes to talk about their health issues especially when it comes to being infected with HepC.  Unless you live in an extremely rural area, I'm sure there is some type of health care that is available for you.  It's time to rise to the occasion and get some health care.

Most doctors can tell when you're ashamed and if they have an ounce of any empathy at all, they will spare you any unnecessary discussion.  You can google Harm Reduction Services, Pegassist, County Healthcare, or even Emergency Medical Care and get some hits.  Good luck

ps.  can you turn off your CAPS Lock next time, I'm gettin' up in years and stuff like that just messes with my bad eyesight.lol   thank you

You really do need to see a doctor ASAP and get this taken care of.  I know that gallbladder attacks can be very painful.  The gallstones won't go away on their own and you will probably continue to be sick as long as you have them.  The pain is usually caused by a stone getting lodged in one of the ducts through which the bile  flows, and that causes the bile to back up and become stagnant in the gall bladder.  In fact, the gallbladder can become infected, it can rupture and cause peritonitis (inflammation in the abdominal cavity), and things can get much worse.  Don't mean to be a doom-sayer, but this is important, especially given all the symptoms you've listed.

I also felt a sense of shame about my Hep C, as if I was unclean somehow.  Even when I wasn't thinking about it, it was always at the back of my mind.  I am a nurse and did not use IV drugs, could have gotten this disease in my work exposures to blood or through a very invasive dental surgery, but I still felt ashamed about it, since there is such a stigma attached.

Even so, I was proactive about informing anyone who might come into contact with my blood about my +HCV status.  It doesn't matter how we got it.  What matters is that we do the best we can to protect others, as you said, and also to take care of ourselves.

As fret and charm have said, there must be some way for you to get medical care.  You need it sooner rather than later.  Best of luck to you, keep us posted.
