I am so worried

I am so worried

I have previously tested negative for Hep A/B on three different occasions.

I have become recently seperated from my husband.  At the time of the seperation, I went overseas for seven months to asia.  Prior to taking this trip I got the twinrix vaccination.  While overseas, I got repeatedly sick with a dysentary that wouldn't go away. I went to a top of the line hospital in Thailand.  I was tested negative for HIV and the doctor said "good, you have Hep B antibodies. Your still immune."  Which I took that my vaccine was working.

Ever since the dysentary episode, I have been having a slight pain in my upper right side under my rib cage.  Following up with my pcp here in the states, I got all the blood work done.  All my liver, kidney function tests are normal.  Now I am getting an ultrasound today.  My pcp thought it said that possibly the dysentary got into my liver.  Or it could be my colon.

My concern is that it is possibly Hep C????  My husband did get a tattoo before we seperated (but he assured me the tattooist used clean needles and was certifide by the state.  Or, I could have possibly contracted it by two instances of unprotected oral sex (about ten seconds each time) while overseas with my boyfriend.

Am I panicking for no reason???????????
