I need some dr. advice

I m 22 years old female, an Asian. For about one year, i hv low grade fever, in the evening, malaise, fatigue, musculoskeletal pains, joint pains, off n on swelling in joints esp usually in ankles n mild swelling in rest o the joints sometimes (for about 6 months), headaches, dizziness, weakness, micturition frequency, urgency etc.
the investigations done show : vit D levels 3.42 ng/dl (one year back) n now 15.9 ng/dl. Microscopic haematuria for one year, microscopic haemoglobinuria (in 2 to 3 urinalysis out of about 7-8 for one year), microalbuminuria raised by 4 folds from normal, ESR mildly raised for one year i.e 25,33,48,44,25. ( checked again n again avoiding any antibiotic intentionally for 6 months), CRP was normal in august 2010, mildly raised in march 2011( ma both ankles were v much swollen n inflammed at that time), n now again normal in july 2011. ma brain MRI showed 2-3 lesions which, according to neurologist are hypertensive focii, ma thoracolumbar MRI, bone scan, ANA,ENA, double stranded DNA, ANCAs, anti GBM are normal n negative. cystoscopy was done to explain haematuria from bladder, BUT IT WAS NORMAL TOO EXCEPT urethra was narrow n bladder was v slightly trabeculated. I HV CHRONIC SINUSITIS. I took anti tuberculosis treatment for 4 months BUT NO RESPONSE. n now it is confirmed by ALL dr.s dat it is not TUBERCULOSis. i hv seen so many doctors. but stilll no diagnosis. n i really dnt want the label o any disease if i m ok. but i really feel helpless wen i get fatigued so early, cant concentrate on ma studies, joint aches make me not drive, not go to medical wards. if anyone can help, it wud be a grt favour....
