The quantitative range for this assay is 25 IU/mL to 69 Million IU/mL
using a combination of Taqman real-time PCR (LLOQ 43 IU/mL) plus
reflex to another Taqman assay (LLOQ 25 IU/mL) for low viral load
samples that were detectable by the original Taqman real-time PCR
assay but not quantifiable. The limit of detection of the assay is
7.1 IU/mL for HCV Genotype 1.

Looks to me like you are UNDETECTABLE.

It clearly states HCV RNA not detected.

Congratulations!

Congrats on the UND!  From here, just do your best to stay compliant, keep a positive attitude and do your best to get through to eot.  Just on any side effects that creep up (ie.skin rashes) before they get out of control.  Keep up the good work.

I looked back at your posts and can see that this result is from your week 8 labs. You are responding well to Victrelis even though you did not respond that well to the 4 week lead in. The response guided treatment recommendations state you would treat for 28 weeks total. If I were you, I would get a VL at 12 weeks. You would also get one at 24 weeks.

I am curious, did you ever increase your Ribavirin?

Also, did you ever have the test to see if you are a CC, CT, or TT?

And, did you ever have a liver biopsy? I am wondering what your liver fibrosis stage is.

So very happy for you that you are UND.

Thank you all so very much :):) I'm so happppy!  Pooh I did have a liver biopsy before I started treatment and was told I have stage 0 grade 1 or maybe it was the other way around but he said I had a little inflammation! I haven't even spoke to my doctor yet I believe I got my results before he's seen then but I'm gonna request a VL test for both week 12 and 24 I think that was the plan anyway! He will probably be calling on Wednesday to tell me the news and let me know how long ill be treating like he said at the last doc appointment! I don't think I've ever been tested for a CC, CT, or TT then again I have no idea what that is? Could you explain? :)... Also I never did get an increase on the RIBA my plan was to wait till I got my 8 week results and of it wasn't looking good I was going to request an increase that had me very worried I'm feeling like I for have to worry about it now!!! Thanks again for the support you 3 always seem to chime in for me!!! Thank you so much my friends <3
