Injection sites

Injection sites

I have been injecting for 4 weeks now and I always alternate thighs and did the belly once.  I did not like the belly so I stick with the legs now.  Is that a bad thing or should I go to the belly as well.  I usually alternate from thigh to thigh.  I guess what my question is, is that if I keep injecting in the same spots, is that going to make the medication less potent?

no...i never injected in belly...slight variations in situ should be enuff and if you run out of non-irritated sites you can head around the pass and do a butt spike.....You are complying completely..GOODLUCK!!

I inject the peg into the belly only.  For me, it hurts less.
I do have red area's and go next to them with each injection,
alternating sides of the belly from week to week.  You may find your legs are a better bet for you.
Just give them belly and legs a try and see which you prefer.

The red areas from my injections are big enough that I can't see how over the course of the treatment never injecting in the same site would be possible.  Mine said inject in the area around the belly but she said "never in the stomach." It is supposed to be out from the belly button area where there is more fatty tissue. Not sure why they don't recommend the leg but they never mentioned that at all.

You want to alternate injections sites just like the tires on your car. Less wear that way, and those pesky red spots. More so with the Peg, but to a lesser degree with any injection.

a bit and you'll find a decent injection site map. Just be sure to avoid the waist line and the belly button, as well as right near the belly button. The upper arms are OK as well, and so are the buttocks, but unless you have unusually long arms, a buttock shot is best left to your significant over -- the injection of course what I'm referring to.
