Insurance and Transplant

I have Hep C and Cirrhosis. My Gastro M.D. Suggested I go for a Liver transplant eval. but my health insurance will not cover the procedure or evaluations for 10 more months. Does anyone know of any organizations that may offer some type of assistance?
