Interferon with Colloidal Silver?

Has anyone used Colloidal Silver during Interferon treatment?
I have heard of people not able to do the Interferon / Ribavirin had used Colloidal Silver
as an alternitive.
Well I have Hep C. Geno Type 1. And I have been making quality Colloidal Silver for many years.
I know all the tricks and processes to produce the smallest partical size possible. Which is
absorbed by the body much easier.
Well I have been on Pegisis (Interferon) getting close to 6 months now.
My first V-count was 790,000.
One month of treatment it dropped to 190,000.
And then to 4000, and then to 700, and now I am at 42 and looks as if I may clear this.
A couple months I had 2 8oz glasses a day of 15ppm Colloidal Silver a day.
I have on a minimum 3 glasses of Silver a week. My color is good, not Gray.
I just wondered has anyone ventured off into Medical Sience and expiermented like this?
I am not recommending anyone try this. I think it has helped me, I dont know.

I've been reading the boards for years and have never heard of anyone doing colloidal silver and tx at the same time. I'm not sure I understand what benefit you'd hope to achieve from this and I'd be concerned it would interfere with the interferon and ribavirin. I can't imagine any studies have been done as to how they would work together. Your virus is clearing slowly, so it does not seem to be helping you. Does your doctor know you are doing this?

Don't recommend it as an alternative therapy for hepc or an adjunct to the current standard of care but if you're happy with it doesn't matter does it.

I am confused how long have you been on treatment?  I have never heard of anyone doing colloidal silver (which is pretty much not proven to do anything to kill the virus) and interferon at the same time and agree that it could screw up the chances of the interferon working (which is proven medically and scientifically to cure hepC).

You should have been undetectible by week 12 - what week are you on now? At the outside doctors stop treatment if you are not und by week 24 but every week past week 12 means worse chances of success in the long run and most people who do get to UND after week 12 but BEFORE 24 extend their treatment to 72 weeks.

Are you on riba as well you need to do both drugs to have any chance at all.

Interferon / Ribavirin have been know to cause emotional distress, maybe that is what has happened to you.  I suggest giving up the Colloidal Silver and getting on some AD's at least until you can think straight again.

I did clear it, it was undetectable.

Your wrong is not dangerous at all.
There is no reported overdoses, and there are no side effects at all.
You dont eat it.
You put 2 pieces of pure .9999 silver wire into a container of Distilled water.

As I noted on the other thread due to your extremely slow response rate to the interferon and ribavin you should consider extending treatment to 72 weeks to have any chance at all of succeeding and remaining undetectible - the odds of clearing at week 24 and staying that way are extremely extremely low.

The colloidal silver did not do anything for your clearing the virus except perhaps to make it a much slower process, you should really consider the extention to have any chance at all.

I monitor all my lab results online.
Every liver scan and all others.
I did not use any Silver at all the first 2 months.
My Doc told me it wasnt clearing as quickly as she had hoped.
I used Silver, 2 eight ounce glasses of 15 ppm a day for 1 week.

I did not say it cures Hep C. But there are testimonies that it helps keep the

there is not enough research in that area.
Colloidal Silver is harmless to the human body.
It only kills baterias and viral pathogens.

Its clean distilled water with ionized silver particals in it.
Particals about 1/4 the size of an atom.

What documentation or reports have you seen to back up your opioin
about how dangerous it is. All reports I have seen are by Drug Companies.

I'm sorry I dont agree with you at all, please send me a link or report on
the dangers of Colloidal silver. Its been used in the medical field for over a 100 years.
Its in all burn creams. They even are putting it in air filtration systems and also
using it in water filtration plants to replace the old chlorine methods.

The only good bateria I know of are called pro-botics.
Which are in your digestive tract.
Also the baterias in yogurts I here are good, more pro-botics?
It just so happens Silver has no effect on those baterias in your
digestive tract as Anti-Biotics do.

There are more than several testimonies of a lot of people claiming to have done what wstack has been saying.  They may just be trying to sell the product or it could actually work.  I'm sure it works on some people more than others.  I would personally wait until after tx (as kind of a last resort) if you're gonna do it at all.

Actually we have a medical expert who is a doctor and top researcher of HCV and he has shown us proof that this stuff does not work.

I WAS a patient I have been cured for over three years using interferon and ribavirin - I sort of do have a clue when things are not in the best interest of other patients.

Your making a grave mistake, the drop in VL is just a coincidence, please trust me - had you not been on the Silver you would have made the same drop, people that have diseases are easily convinced that these things work when they do not...  Occasional Silver "MAY" 'slightly' beneficial to overall 'normal' health (if you fancy turning into the silver surfer) but many companys have been pulled offline or told to change their advertising for it due to claims like your own that it can kill AIDS and HEP-C when it most certainly can not.

This is a hepc forum and it's obvious from all the old threads you have resurrected that you truly believe you have benefited from the use colloidal silver   Please explain how colloidal silver correlates to the treatment of hepc and how it has been effective in your treatment thus far.  You have stated you are a slow responder, cleared the virus at 21 wks and your doctor pointed out you did not have the response from the treatment meds she hoped for.  How has colloidal silver been effective and what aspect of it do you believe in as it pertains to hepc?  If a new member were to see your glowing remarks about the use of colloidal silver and decide they should incorporate it into their treatment regime what benefit will be derived from it's usage?
