by brown_eyed_grl, Jul 06, 2007 12:00AM
I must say it was the scariest thing I think I've ever done in my life. Im still a bit freaked out.

I did everything I've learned here. I am well educated b/c of all of all of you.

It's only 6pm here in Los Angeles, so Im sure I'll feel the sides. I kind of wanted to know what to expect.

OMG it's finally the beginning....
lets get um!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did my shot at 5pm and waited...and waited but nothing happened. I did feel a bit wired so I took an ambien. Woke up this morning and felt great. No sx whatsoever!! As the day went on, still nothing. Im thinking when the meds are leveling up at around 8 weeks it may change, but untill then, I'm enjoying this ride.

Maybe I will be one of the few w/no sx. I will keep a positive attitude and lets see what happens.

WoW...  That's Fabulous... I figured you'd a least get chilled ... maybe with the ambian you slept thru them...LoL

Well....Your off to a GREAT running start....Way To Go....

Hang In There... & Just remember... not every day can be a good one... so don't go out & run any marathons... & pamper yourself as much as possible... you'll need it, you deserve it... & you owe it to yourself... you're on a HEALING Mission here... Ha!

I hope you will be blessed with little to no sides!
:)

Hi Allan,
It must feel so good to finally get started. This is how I felt. I feel very lucky. The only sx I have felt is insomnia. Friday night was my first shot and couldnt sleep, so I took an ambien...woke up groggy. Saturday, no sx, but again couldnt sleep and tood another ambiem. I really dont wanna get addicted to them. I do have that addictive personality, so I have to be careful.

All we can hope and pray for is a smooth ride and deal with each side as they come.

Sounds like youre doing well and look forward to your posts.
