Kidney trouble

My mother received the following report:

Indications:  Vomiting and abdominal pain
Comparison: None.
Findings: The patient is status post appendectomy, hysterectomy, and cholecystectomy.

There are no pleural of pericardial effusions. There is diminished attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma compatible with underlying hepatic steatosis. The spleen, pancreas, bilateral adrenal glands, and bilateral kidneys are normal in apperance. The examination demonstrates a peripherally calcified structure at the level of the left renal hilum measuring approximately 1.4 x 1.3 cm. This is associated with the left renal aretery and if felt to represent a renal atrery aneurysm. Also noted is focal dilatation of the infrarenal abdominal aorta on axial image 36 measuring 3.1 x 3 cm in AP and transverse diameter. There is mild focal ectasia of the infrarenal abdominal aorta just proximal to the bifurcation measuring 2.4 x 2.3 cm. Scattered atherosclerotic changes are seen.
Scattered sigmoid and descending colonic diverticula are identified with no definite evidence for acute diverticulitis.
Delayed images through the urinary bladder are within normal limits.

I understand that she has an aneurysm on her left kidney and I know that hepatic steatosis refers to a fatty liver. But as for the rest of this, can someone please translate?
