I wamt to know

The SGOT is a little elevated, SGPT is only slightly elevated.  These are liver function tests.
Triglycerides should be under 150; 201 is elevated, but not terribly.  The VLDL and ratio don't tell you much.  Does the lipid profile list values for HDL and LDL?  Based on your elevated triglycerides, I'm going to guess that your HDL ("good" cholesterol) is a little low.  The LDL (bad cholesterol) is usually the first part of the lipid profile that the docs want to treat, so that number is particularly important.
In answer to your question "How dangerous is it?" I'd say "not very".  If your LDL is elevated, your doctor might want to put you on some medication to lower it.
A lower-fat diet and weight loss (if you are overweight) would be the way to go with diet.  (Eat more fish, chicken, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, and less regular sodas, fast foods, hot dogs, and snack cakes.)
