they say you should drink half your body weight in oz's of water. that seems to be a good formula but does not have to be exact.

Water is well known to increase your hydration during Treatment - treatment does in fact, dehydrate you.

Most HCV sites advise to drink as much water as you can - perhaps up to a gallon a day.

It is very important to remain hydrated - because some of the side effects are those of massive dehydration.

We have multiple side effects from folks that include cracked lips, sores on the tongue, dry itchy skin and so on... Including dry eyes and more.

SO - my suggestion would be to drink as much water as possible - without drowning yourself --- and as practical. Don't go too overboard and get waterlogged --- LOL! - But yanno - keep yourself well hydrated.

Consider yourself on a marathon to save your life.

Your body is going to be fighting harder than it ever has before.

And it's going to try and kill the disease.

Just because you can't see your body move --- like you can when someone does hard labor... Doesn't mean it isn't doing massive construction internally.

So keep yourself hydrated.
