Liver count

My mom has gotten back some blood results, her liver counts shows 5.8, they seem not to be real concerned, Her AST was 237, her ALT 102, Carbon Dixoide 30, PAT 5.7, We do not understand this, could you please help us, Her doctor seems to put her off and doesn't answer her questions. She was very sick for two weeks in the hospital last month. She has Jandise and still is, and severe pain, Tey said she had Hepitis C, Liver diease, Cirrosis of the liver, but yet do not have her on any antibotics I have read that help prolong her life. Please help.
