Liver query

last week my bilirubin level were total 1.5, direct 0.3 indirect 1.2, one week later is total 1.9 direct 0.2 indirect 1.7, a haven´t been drinking for a month , eating healthy, but had a stomach an a tonsils infection at the same time, why could be the reason of the increase in bilirubin?

Thanks,
A couple of month ago I did know much about the subject, I did went to a doctor,
but at the end they often don´t explain much!!
