MEDCO

Anybody had problems/issues with online pharmacy MEDCO?

I am trying to get my second batch of medication from them, so far not succesfully.
Dr faxed them necessary papers.
My insurance (HIP) told me thay authorised the prescription
However MEDCO does not ship them, for stupid reasons, like: they are not approved by HIP, your dr needs to fax prescription again, those meds are not eligible for mail order, etc
Every idiot who picks up the phone in cust service gives me a different reason, and do not do anything to resolve this issue.
Original prescription was faxed by dr on Feb 19th, and as of today it was not processed in their system. I have only two syringes left in my fridge.

So , do I call Michel Moore for help?

Thx

I used Medco with my BCBS and didn't have any problems.

The last time that I did treatment (prior to the trial that I did), and I was using United Health Care for my meds (which UHC uses Medco), I had to go through a specialty pharmacy, too.  After the Pre-Authorization went through, everything seemed to work out okay for me as far as my meds arriving on time and everything.

I use Medco but their specialty pharmacy has changed to Acredo (They send my injections). They have had a few problems in the transition to Acredo recently. Seems that their are a lot of new folks. I just ask to talk to a supervisor when I call. When I order on line i rarely have problems.
