MY WHITE BLOOD CELL VERY LOW

HI, I JUST FINISHED 12 WKS. WAITING FOR RESULTS. SO FAR MY WHITE BLOOD COUNT IS AT A CRITICAL 1.9 SO MY DR. WANTS TO START ME ON INJECTIONS OF "NEUPROGEN" TO BRING UP MY CELL COUNT. I HAVE TO DO A SHOT 24 HRS. BEFORE I DO INTERFERON AND THEN HAVE MY BLOOD DRAWN THE NEXT MORNING AND WAIT FOR A CALL FROM MY DR. TO SEE WHETHER OR NOT I CAN DO MY TX. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?
ALSO MY AST IS - 203 / ALT- 180 IT SEEMS THAT SINCE I STARTED MY TX MY AST/ALT NO.S ARE GETTING HIGHER AND HIGHER. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE WHERE DURING TX IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS STILL MORE DAMAGE BEING DONE TO THE LIVER?
I'M REALLY SCARED THAT THE TX ISN'T WORKING. I NEED THIS TX TO WORK BECAUSE I'M STAGE 4 CIRRHOSIS. ...........CINDY
