Does anyone know or has anyone heard of marijuana causing false positive on a hepatitis c test...probably a crazy question, but I would like to know.

one being high on marijuana can cause one to misinterpret many tests wrong but what the heck who wants to be right all the time anyway?  lol

Whos high while interpreting the tests?  The med prof's or the patient?

Are you guys high w/all those answers?

Hepatitis is a virus and marijuana doesn't pass blood borne viruses on to tokers.  period.

I smoked a joint on the way to every doctor's appointment-its a 4 hr drive over the mts-and tested 'no virus' every time after the 1st 2 wks.  so I say 'no'.
