Mildly Elevated Liver Enzymes again

Mildly Elevated Liver Enzymes again

Over the past five years I have had mildly elevated liver enzymes on three different times. The first time was following a severe case of scarletina. The other two times were from my regular physicals. Each time the Dr. had my labs rechecked a month after the abnormal labs. They have always returned to normal. On occasion I experience a sort of fatigue. At times I wake during the night with an achy flu like feeling.
I am very careful about how much medications I take. I usually don't need RX because i am a very healthy person. Recently I have been experiencing a head pain on the right temporal. Predisone has relieved this. I was also on NSAIDS for three days. (They didn't work--so we quit their use). I took 3 doses of vicodin while I was waiting to have a CT scan. I only took the vicodin at night as my head pain was worse when I laid down.
Scans have all come back clear and after 6 weeks most of my head pain is gone, except for pain during exercise.
Is it possible there are any connections here? What would cause my liver enzymes to be elevated three different times over the course of five years.
What would you recommend? I am currently waiting for lab work. Even if this should come back normal would it be good to see a specialist?
Thanks for your time.
