Missed a dose of Riba....

I just went into my daily pill distribution case for my 7pm dose and realize I still have my 7am dose in the case..... How bad is this??

Maybe calenders, alarm watches or clocks, and spouces would be a reminder along with logs?  I will need all of the above.

Being in a study, I have to record every time I dose. If you forget a lot, perhaps you can keep a log. I have as bad a short term memory as anyone on the planet, yet I never miss one, or double dose.

An opposite thing happened to me. During my last two months of tx I caught myself several times "overdosing". I would take my pills, and then 5 minutues later I couldn't remember if I took them, so I would take them again, only to discover by the end of the months that I double-dosed on several occasions.

You’ll be okay; we’re human and things happen. Most of us have missed a dose or two through long stretches of treatment and many have gone on and been successful in the end. I missed two doses twice through both of my therapies.

Aim for perfection, but settle for less :o)
