My Biopsy results can someone help me understand this

- Mild chronic hepatitis with mild fibrosis, consistent with hepatitis c infection
- ISHAK stage 2

Total grade of inflamation (inflammation) score ( based on A+B+C+D from ISHAK, ref. 1) :5 - mild
A. Portal inflamation (inflammation): 1 - mild,inflammatory infiltrate, some of all triads
B: Interface hepatitis (piecemeal necrosis) : 2 - Focal in most triads
C: Focal (spotty) lobular inflamation (inflammation): 2 2-4 foci per 10x objective
D: Confluent necrosis: - none

Fibrosis (stage) (based on ISHAK. ref. 1) :2
- fibrosis expansion, most triads, with or without septae
DESCRIPTION FOR CELL INJURY / NECROSIS
- cell swelling <1/3 hepatocytes
- microvesicular steatosis: <1/3 hepatocytes
- macrovesicular steatosis: <1/3 hepatocytes
- acidophilic bodies: present
- mallory's Hyalin: absent
- cholestasis: absent
- fibrin/thrombi: absent
- zonal necrosis: absent
- massive necrosis: absent
Special Stain Results:
- iron stain: negative
- pasd:
  - Alpha-1-antitrypsin inclusions: absent
  - Debris in macrophages: absent
- Trichrome stain: Fibrosis

It looks like you are a stage 2 grade 1.  For me that is the most important area to look at.  The rest of the description is how the analyst came to that number. I am going to embed a clinical description of your biopsy.

Can you tell from this biopsy possible lenght of time infected and how severe at this time, also if did no treatment how long before I suffer from the disease or die.
