My SGPT level increases slowly

Hi,
I am 23 now, In my childhood I was suffering from coughs, colds. I undergone some treatment, after that at the age of 19 my SGPT level suddenly strats increasing. Then I got Jaundice also. Now My SGPT is 53 (normal is 5-22).I have got a little oedoma on both of my feet also. Is this increase of SGPT dangerous? what should I do now,
